Planning Your Whitefish Peaks Wedding
We can host celebrations for up to 150 guests comfortably using our indoor-outdoor reception spaces, deck, and surrounding grounds. Intimate ceremonies and elopements are just as welcome—whether it’s a weekend with 20 of your closest people or a grand gathering under the stars.
We recommend reserving your date 12–18 months in advance, especially for peak seasons (summer & early fall). Whitefish Peaks hosts a limited number of weddings per year to preserve the experience—so once you’re dreaming about a date, it’s worth reaching out.
Every couple has access to in-house venue manager. She is responsible for making sure all things venue and experience go off without a flaw. You’re welcome to bring your own planner especially if your wedding has many moving parts.

Whitefish Peaks partners with exceptional local caterers and bartending services, and we’re happy to coordinate recommendations or manage the vendor relationship for you. Our reception space includes designated catering access for ease of service and flow.
Yes! You’re welcome to provide your own alcohol with the use of a licensed and insured bartender, per Montana state law. We’ll help ensure your service meets all requirements so your guests are well taken care of.

Yes—we adore them. Our indoor reception space is heated and welcoming, and the snow-draped scenery makes for an absolutely magical celebration. Winter weddings often include candlelit ceremonies, lodge-style dinners, and cozy details like velvet, faux fur, and fire pits.
We are located just minutes from the heart of Whitefish, which offers luxury lodging, boutique hotels, and charming Airbnb options. There are several spacious and private cabins nearby at our sister property Haymoon. We’ll provide a preferred lodging guide and can assist with guest room blocks and transportation coordination upon request.
Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) is only 15 minutes away. Downtown Whitefish is just 10 minutes. Your guests will feel transported—but never far away.
Yes. We welcome outside vendors with proper licensing and insurance. However, we also offer a preferred vendor list featuring top-tier local florists, photographers, musicians, chefs, and more—each handpicked for quality and professionalism.
Our team takes care of venue cleanup so you and your guests can simply enjoy the moment. You or your planner are responsible for personal items, décor, and outside rentals—though we’re happy to help manage the process for a stress-free breakdown.
